Project Lead
Leads the work of the team, schedules meetings (assistance available from Vice
Provost office), works with team facilitator to determine meeting agendas. Supervises
follow-up activities after meetings. Provides a key communication link between
the project team and the project sponsor.
Project Participants
Participate in team activities, provides creativity and insight into the project
goals, works outside of project meetings on assignments, participates in presentation
of project accomplishments.
Project Consultants
Provides content and technical advice to the team, brings perspective from other
projects outside of KU, and advises team on potential success of various approaches.
Project Facilitator
Person trained in facilitation techniques who will keep the team on track, provides
tools for discussion and consensus building, and helps develop team reports
on progress.
Sponsor
Supports the teams activities, answers parameter questions from the team,
provides resources, and clears a path in the organization for the accomplishment
of the team goals.
